this is blasphemous. who comes up with these lists. i can bet they havent heard blow. or d1. or suffix. if you dont know hot sh'' u cant speak on wayne. if u dont know cannon word for word u cant speak on wayne. if u havent heard weezy ambitionz u cant speak on wayne. dude has 9 platninum albums. thats more albums then kendrick has put out. almost sold a milli in one week twice. how is he seven that doesnt even make sense. what is the criteria. more billboard hits than elvis.

All these lists really ever are is someone's opinion verified by colleagues and their bosses. But it seems like the whole "culture" reacted to this so it served its purpose for Billboard I guess.
