My biggest problem listening to this is that basically for every single song I can go back to his recent albums/mixtapes and there’s a song with almost the exact vibe/tempo/beat/subject matter and they were just better. Every single song. Except maybe Act Up

dude i actually cant believe anyone can praise this its his absolute worst material yet its been a decline for a long time NC3 was atleast held up by the fact it was entirely remixes and he just emulated lil baby flow the whole album now on his own beats and to his own devices he is making some of the most garbage ive ever heard the lines are wack some of them even more so then ianahb2 the flows are stagnant and he cant hold a flow for longer then 4 lines beats are so fxkin generic and boring even streetrunner and cool n dre cant save him what is happening??

even trust fund babies had keeps like ‘trust fund’ and feelin like tunchi’ but this….has ZERO keeps its so fxkin bad the hooks and song structures are so sloppy he has zero melodies or rhythms he has lost it completely he needs to just retire

But it’s not it’s just a mess, These are the songs that should be kept on his hard drive & maybe leaked one day not on a fully released project … there’s NOTHING to blame here but Wayne’s ear … he thinks he’s making dope new school music but it’s terrible it’s the first project I’ve actually skipped through songs then never went back to them man… after this project im swaying towards Kanye being the official goat of hiphop tbh but that’s another conversation on its own

Wait….okay. So now I’m thinking these songs were recorded over other peoples beats for an actual mixtape but since it was going on streaming they just had real beats made in place of them…because what he did on Act Up is what he does sometimes when he’s remixing peoples songs for mixtapes..
