if you haven't noticed, he's signing people who he can mold and help bring them to their peak, who were Nicki Minaj, Drake, Tyga, any of the YM family before Wayne signed them? they were nothin, very few people even knew who they were, Wayne knows what he's doin when he signs artists, he knows and seeks potential, which all artists in YM and CM have, if they haven't met it already.
