CIII is only the catalogue album charts lol, Music Albums, Top 200 Albums & Music Album Charts | Billboard.com. TML doesn't qualify, I'm not trying to make you sound like anything lol.

Wayne's selling capability is unknown....no one knows what Wayne can sell...the only thing we know is that compared to 2008 the buzz component of his album promo is wayyy down...his first single didn't do AS WELL and his second single isn't well at all....He toured this time around and has gotten a great response, so only GOd knows the numbers he will do and the numbers he can do......I don't think he will outsell Em but he will come close once the promo and album is on point....On another note: Stop comparing Wayne to Drake......Drake has one album and Wayne has 8...their catalogues in music is very different. Drake has time and will improve his already impressive catalogue and Wayne will also...The only difference is I think Wayne has peaked music wise and Drake hasn't...

Wayne being Drake's boss is irrelevant, they're competitors right now...and who ever thinks that Wayne will always be able to outsell Drake is being delusional...If Drake released a unknown album the same week as IANAHB it would've sold more....IMO.....The two artist selling potential are unknown...we know their albums will be platinum selling we just dont know by how much...

Drake has been hotter than Wayne last year.
Wayne was being noticed by everyone, becoming a superstar in music period not just rap back in 08. Now he's an established superstar. he doesnt need to be that hot to sell, he's got that fanbase, everybody knows who he is and what he can do. they just need to promote it right.
Drake said himself, Wayne has fans that will support him whatever he does.
