You are asking for something impossible: Nobody is on Wayne's level. I may be in the minority here, but I feel that Wayne has recently transcended the success of Eminem, Jay-Z, Nas, or whoever you want to throw in the mix. "I'm already at the top, I'm 'bout to pull the ladder up."

OT: I'm kind of in the middle on whether to sign Soulja Boy or not. I think there are some unsigned artists that could be more successful than Soulja Boy, but that is not to say that bringing Soulja Boy to Cash Money would not be profitable for Birdman. Birdman will do anything for a dollar, and Soulja Boy - along with Wayne, Drake, Nicki, Bow Wow, Khaled, etc. - could bring him closer to that billionaire status, possibly even eclipsing that mark.

Bow Wow is signed to Cash Money and no one's complained about that. [Granted, Greenlight 1, 2 & 3 > Anything Soulja Boy's put out (minus POW)] so I think this could actually work out.

after soulja boy revealed that birdman had approached him about signing to his label, the cash money honcho has spoken out and refuted the claim.
