First of all Tez doesnt control shit really with the album so everyone blaming him for promotion or not putting the album out its not his fault. At the end of the day if Universal feels that wayne cant reach his maximum sales by a certain date due to lack of production (check whoever the president of Cash money promotions is because i forget his name) it gets pushed back. simple

A bunch of artists have quoted 6F7F and HTL, but I haven't seen any other artist not in YMCMB "shout out" C4 other than Game, T-Pain, Ace Hood, and Rick Ross.
