their both the same bro, theres no distinction and if there was its up to the individual moderators as there is not a clear definition of what is an infraction and what is a warning. For me they are both the same and every warning/infraction i have ever given has been like that sooo know your boundaries you dont have a lot of options bro ,)

I don't know, but I just saw it on MTV jams (shannel singing in the background and he did the entire first verse. At the end it was fading into "shoot me down" acoustics)
I can't find the video anywhere online or else I would post it..
