You can make assumptions based on consistency. Kanye consistently puts out the best music. His last album as I've said is one of the best we've seen in a while. Jay-Z is one of the GOATs, everybody who has heard the album say it's on another level. I wouldn't expect ANY single rapper to outshine the duo of Kanye & Jay together. Kanye and Jay outshine almost everybody separately, so if they are together how is it unfair to assume that they will shit on everybody? Also, after hearing this mixtape from Wayne it doesn't help his case. This mixtape was kind of weak imo, but I still think C4 will be a good album. Anybody who really thinks it will top WTT tho..idk what to say. That is highly unlikely.

H.A.M = weak. Thats all I know. Still anticipating the album.
