The first guy was right, hip hop is VERY commercial now. The opposite of introspective. You got big rappers working with pop singers everywhere, looking for crossover hits. You couldn't be more wrong.

    B.o.b
    J.Cole
    Big Sean
    Eminem
    Kanye
    Wayne
    Jay-Z

etc. All have made or attempted to make crossover hits.

When have u ever been able to relate to wayne?
You really misunderstood what I meant. I myself don't want those things from Wayne, but the people that bash him saying he doesn't talk about anything meaningful do. I prefer not to relate with my music, it's my getaway from real life. I want to enjoy my music. Which is why Wayne and Big Sean are my favorites. But the people that prefer J. Cole, Jay-Z, Nas, Pac, Biggie, so on, and so so tend to be the most vocal haters of Wayne.

And Wayne's older songs like La La La, What He Does, Hustler Music, Tie My Hands, Ghetto Rich verse etc. are pretty easy to relate to. To me, anyway.

Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.

I agree. A meaningful song is good but it gets boring. I like hype music
"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
      Guns and stretchers
      Cristal and dubs for breakfast
I just got one suggestion - none should test him
'Cause cuz get hectic; send one through your sons intestines
Glocks knock lungs from chests, you get the portrait?
Bodies piled up on porches, it won't be gorgeous"

What made A Milli so much better? It was basically the same, but the punchlines were better overall in 6 Foot 7 Foot. Is it just his delivery? It isn't like he had an overall topic in either one...

Only thing better about A Milli is his voice and the beat.

Am I the only one who finds it funny that Wayne said RollingStone made him look stupid -or whatever- and then he uses the picture for his mixtape

Damn Idk all about listening to music to get away from real life. That sounds depressing af. I like real life. I like music that both gets me (a) hyped and (b) gets girls dancing on me so I can get their pussies..... tbqh either one or both is why I listen to music
