is it possible that Wayne was working on this to drop after tha Carter 4?..then Lil B ran his mouth and they just decided to put it out sooner and now Wayne is rushing the tape to get it out be4 C4?..we wouldnt even have knowledge of this tape if it wasnt for Lil B..

In a perfect world, I would want this tape to be Dedication 2 status.. BUT.. the world isn't perfect. I think the most we'll get out of Wayne at this point in his career is a No Ceilings-esque project, which is fine with me.

Those 4 are easily better...Prefix is also pretty solid too but it doesnt have as many tracks. No Ceilings is dope but it ain't stacking up to his best.
