He didn't use Supa Dupa Flow THAT much. I hate it too, but I don't necessarily mind it that much if he only uses it minimally.

Truth. Dre beats are terrible, but most kids who have them have never heard anything better so they have no idea.

            1. "Blood gang, bitch. Big B's, Boston Bruins" -Throwed Off
            2. "You're a dead man walking, Michael Jackson Thriller" -Gucci Gucci
            3. "I slide in, safe" -Marvin's Room (This one is debatable, but I'll give it to you.)
            4. "Stove on my waist. Cook your ass up, gourmet" -Grove St. Party
            5. "Swagger on steroids, Canseco José" -Grove St. Party
            6. "All my niggas strapped and ready to set it off, Queen Latifah" -Racks
            7. "If I don't do nothin', Imma ball/bald, no hair" -Racks
            8. "Money tall, Paul Bunyan" -Sorry 4 The Wait
            9. "I duck that bullshit, bob and weave" -Sorry 4 The Wait
            10. "This shit is magic, Stan Van Gundy" -Sorry 4 The Wait
            11. "She pops X, I smoke O's, tic-tac-toe" -Sorry 4 The Wait
            12. "And the coupe transform, no Tyrese" -Sorry 4 The Wait
            13. "And my blunts be super fat, double-stuffed Oreos" -Inkredible (Remix)

I think those are the only 13 instances where he uses Supa Dupa Flow on the tape. Coincidentally, the song with the most instances of Supa Dupa Flow is my favorite song on the mixtape.

A lot of people, including myself, dislike it. It seems like he is slowly phasing it out though. I hope there isn't much of it on C4.

It is when the main idea of a line comes after the "bulk" of the line and a brief pause. A perfect example is from Bedrock where Wayne says: "But I keep her running back and forth, soccer team."
