It doesn't really matter at the end of the day, but this is still Wayne, IMO. I do agree he forces punchlines at times, where as before '07 he didn't, but I can see why. That's where his fame came from...

To be honest this mixtape gave me hope. I really wasn't feeling the majority of the singles and features we have got and while thus isn't as good as no ceilings it confirms that hw still has it.

The delays to c4 suggest that he isn't happy with his quality and as a result he OS making it better
