Not to mention he said a few weeks back he'll always want to be apart from hip hop in some shape or form so I doubt he'll retire in a few years.
So far everything wayne has ever said came/was true so idk

Dude are you fucking high? I didn't mean it like that but honestly he became a mega star in the past 3 years , before that nobody around the world (i'm talking outside of the US btw) besides his true fans knew who he was let alone followed him religiously .. Not to mention the popularity rise of YM and that whole clique began around that time as well..

So Lil Wayne, Whats your motivation?

              'Is that really a question?
Do you really have that written down in your notepad?
You should be ashamed of yourself

True but him saying "C4 may be my last" makes it real as hell

No need to get hostile...lol....but I see what you mean.

But he actually began to grow in popularity during 2007 tbh.

OK little man, then 4 years instead of 3 ... *sigh* why do we always have to get into such technicalities, the point I made is still a point ...

Wayne: "May 16th the album coming out" *May 16th comes and goes* - Pushed back to August...

                          One of many examples

Plus if Wayne retires in a few years, he won't go down as a legend, that's pussy shit...if he loves his music as much as he claims to do so he will carry on like Em and Jay and Nas are doing so.
