They didnt treat him like shit. Wayne picked up Spitta from Master P where he was REALLY being treated like shit.
Curren$y wanted to drop on YM but had no buzz, he woulda flopped crazy. Plus since leaving YM, he got better and also learnt how to build his buzz. He owes his career now to Wayne regardless.
lol bullshit. curren$y doesnt owe his career to wayne. what did wayne do for him? he had the where da cash at single, and a bunch of other songs but curren$y's success is a direct result of his current grind.

Being all the honest, if he wasn't with YM in that period between when No Limit went bankrupt and he completely disappeared off of EVERYONE'S radar...and when he started putting out mixtapes monthly to begin this current run, he realistically isn't where he is right now. Just to compare, if the dude that made the "Choppa style" song came out of nowhere after years of nothing after NL folded, and started putting out mixtapes nobody would check for him. Spitta said he had pretty much quit rapping before he met up with Wayne and joined YM...the entire premise of his current run was built off the strength of "that dude that used to be with Wayne"

Currensy jumped off the boat into the water on his own and has been keeping himself afloat with his current grind, and puttin out so much music keepin himself alive. But he needs someone (like wayne) to come and grab his hand an pull him back on the boat if he's ever gonna make it.

Curren$y doesn't want to be in the spotligtht, he's OK where he is, he loves what he's doing, and making money doing it. He doesn't need Wayne.
