Wayne has said since C3 that he doesnt even know what tracks make the final list. He's said numerous times that he didn't know what songs were on C3 when it dropped.

He knows what tracks make the album. I don't know why he said that. You didn't see him performing Burn This City or When They Come For Me on Unplugged; he performed Shoot Me Down and Let The Beat Build.

Those tracks also leaked at least a year before? You saw him performing Pussy Monster around the time right before C3 too, and that didn't make the final cut but was close enough to being considered on the final cut that it was used as the replacement for Playing With Fire.

EDIT: Wayne obviously knows what made C3 now, three years later. Unplugged is irrelevant. He meant when it first hit shelves.

I'm pretty sure that Pussy Monster was a bonus track on the deluxe edition before it replaced Playing With Fire on the standard edition. Anyways, I'm not arguing about this; he definitely know what tracks make the cut.
