You guys can believe whatever you want, but I truly believe that Tez consults with Wayne before picking the tracks. The manager is the manager because the superstar wants him to be the manager. Without Wayne, Tez is just another person. Plus, Tez definitely knows which tracks Wayne likes and the tracks he doesn't like.
