Pretty sure we will get at least 16; I will be shocked if we don't since C3 had 16 and that included a 10 minute song. I know he said 16 as the maximum, but I still think we could get more.

Im pretty sure Wayne has to have some say on what songs make the final cut for the album. Like I would imagine him pointing out a few songs he wants on there for sure and lets Tez choose the rest.

I dont see what the problem with 16 is. That's what you usually get with any artist anymore. The days of double discs are coming to an end. And we will probably see a lot of the tracks left over surface after C4 drops.

Just comparing it to the other Carters it needs atleast minimum 16 not max!!
