There's the Carter Report and then Carter Era, i think. both by develop.

and then streetrunner has a similar tape coming out too.

but one of the develop tapes is instrumentals and the other is unreleased songs.

same thing thats happening with the Develop one. they are trying to make sure when they put out the tape that they won't get sued by Universal.

Asked Develop about the mixtape on Twitter. Atm doesn't look like he knows much about it tbh. Looking dodgy.
