guys, you know if they were premiering a Carter IV single they would be promoting it like crazy. did you hear Flex take 45 minutes premiering Otis (a 3 minute song) a few weeks ago? they're not gonna surprise everyone and play such a hyped single for the first time just for shits and giggles during a countdown they do EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. MULTIPLE TIMES.
