                I'm saying when they turn in the songs for the album...thats when the whole packaging and distributing process begins so how can they just go and change a song up less than 3 weeks before its supposed to drop...but idk...we'll see

                    Jay Z got Mr. Carter about 2 or 3 weeks before Carter III was released and he did it last minute. He could be going back over it. I hope he is. His voice is a little cooler now than it was when those videos were recorded
