I don't why the rapper, in this case it's Weezy (again) gets the blame. It's like I buy something, let's say a computer, from somebody. And it turns out to be stolen, would I get the blame on me? No, of course not, I didn't fucking know it was stolen.

I donīt know how it is in Holland but here in Germany if you buy sth form someone and it is stolen, you have a lawsuit

Well its debatable if you "know" its stolen or not. You can be selling stolen products and when you actually get caught, just claim "i didn't know." but yeah over here you would get in trouble regardless if you know or not. You probably shouldn't be selling products if you are unsure about the background

If a product or the seller looks suspicious or it's too good to be true, yes then maybe. But why would Weezy in this case check around the internet to see if that beat was stolen.
