I haven't read most of these comments, but nevertheless, the reason the guy won't go after lil Wayne is because it actually WASN'T his song first. Wayne made this song right after he got out of jail, in 2010. This guy made this song in 2011. So...... Yea.

When an artist gets a beat from a producer, it isn't his job to search through all of Youtube and the rest of the internet to make sure the beat hasn't been used before he uses it lol. The whole point of a producer is to give an artist new beats, otherwise Wayne could just do what he does for mixtapes and choose his favorite beats from songs that are already out haha. The guy should be going after T-Minus, not Wayne.
