making it's good the next single instead of mirror, which debuted at #15 as a non-single and features an upcoming superstar, is a rookie mistake. The promotion was pretty good, but it could have been much better, and now post-promotion is going in an even worse direction. if tez paid attention to public opinion and reception in relation to singles and songs in general, he would be a much better manager.
Tez should be fired because he is not adhering to a fundamental principle of marketing: Maximizing revenue. It is obvious that a song like mirror would bring in more profit than it's good. He, in essence, is making his boss earn less money than is actually possible.
why dont u be a manager then since you know it all...
mirror should really be the next single because I know people that really don't like Waynes music but they said that the like mirror and they liked it more than the one that Eminem did with Bruno Mars

I don't have any connection to Wayne and I wouldn't be able to contact him. Plus, he wouldn't replace his childhood friend with someone he doesn't even know.

What? It's Good is far from the worst song on Tha Carter IV; I never even said it was. Go look at the type of songs that succeed as singles in the music industry and tell me which appropriately fits the bill: Mirror or It's Good.
And I know I didn't sell nearly one million records in a week.

Everyone thought John was too .
I've heard people play It's Good more than Mirror too. In fact I've heard no one play Mirror
"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
Guns and stretchers
Cristal and dubs for breakfast
I just got one suggestion - none should test him
'Cause cuz get hectic; send one through your sons intestines
Glocks knock lungs from chests, you get the portrait?
Bodies piled up on porches, it won't be gorgeous"

But you have heard people play Grenade, Just the Way You Are, The Lazy Song, Lighters, Billionaire, and Nothin' on You. And John was a bad choice for a single; peaking at #22 is not good for a LIL WAYNE song on THA CARTER IV. Tez is clueless.
No mirrors as a single what the fawkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!
"Nothings promised but a graveyard cant
see myself dyin broke Ray Charles" "Your flow never wet, like grandma pussy, i'm always good, like grandma cookies"
