It's disrespectful to scream over someone trying to talk or give a performance or whatever it is, especially if they specifically asked right before to please be quiet during that part of the show.

But its a concert....its not like a spelling bee or a dance recital....At concerts you scream...how are you going to tell someone who paid money to go to a concert to shut up....fine you tell them shut up...but after its all over you still stuck on trying to validate your anger.....Wayne knows he can't do shit..As a Wayne fans he always says..that he does what he wants, he is a gangster and no one call tell him what to do, how to live etc.......why the fuck should his fans behave any different....Just saying....he portrays that rebel lifestyle he can't expect that all his fans to be respectable, honest individuals...
