Yea, that's exactly what it sounds like. All of a sudden it's a problem after they didnt help with your campaign. Another thing, since wayne and others like him who arent from Miami are there. It really isnt they responsibility to do anything for miami. Luke should be talking to the home grown artist that dont do anything for miami.
