I agree and disagree with that.

Singing in and of itself is a talent. With rap, the talent is being able to put the words together yourself. If someone else is doing that for the rapper, they're no better than you or anyone else who can learn and recite those words just as well as them.

Now if someone else comes up with the hook or concept or whatever, that's different.

i see what your sayin. But Singin is also being able to put words together. For example drake is more enjoyable as a singer than some other singers because he knows how to put words together (because he's a rapper). But the voice is the main thing so I see your point.
