Prices aren't known yet dude. And it's for UK so it's pounds sterlin £ and I expect they will be around £40. Lil Wayne tickets in 09 when I saw him were like £40 for the Hammersmith Apollo which is a small venue (which I prefer)

OK, over here 16 was alright on every concert I was... A friend of mine was at a Wiz concert in Berlin and he is 17, so... Idk.
