It's not open to the public nor do they sell stuff there (besides food/bar) because it's basically an exchange for people in the streetwear industry. I got approved to go as press (for my blog).
Depending on the brand, some of them will lace you with free stuff if they feel like it. I got hella free shit from Big Black's brand (from MTV's Rob & Big), haha.

If you're into streetwear (or basically any special interests), like taking flicks, and okay with writing, then you should. It's pretty fun & you get to see a lot of dope stuff. They will verify beforehand that your blog has high volume traffic, though, so you have to work hard on it! I guess I got a bit of a "big break" when Bobby Hundreds shouted me out on The Hundreds blog back in November.
