first off, if the sample is true, there is NO WAY it will be on his next album. Courtney Love is so anal about any nirvana music being sampled and/or used leading me to believe that a.) this guys is bullshitting about the sample or b.) he isn't, which then leads me to believe that this is a throw-a-way or a mixtape track. Courtney would raise HELL if ANY sample or nirvana music was used in any matter other than what she desires. Hell I've heard of her making people that have nirvana music in kurt cobain documentaries take it out!

This man speaks the truth. I just got off the phone with Universal Music Enterprises and they have no knowledge of Lil Wayne sampling a Nirvana song and they also said that they would not allow it. GG.
