We will never know for sure, but I honestly believe he is clean. By the way, I'm pretty sure the lighter flick is pre-recorded.

he can get tested at any time for the next 1 & 3/4 years. he is not gonna risk doing drugs to go back to jail for more time, to have an even longer probation when he gets out. just remember he was searched at an airport sometime last year and he came out clean, he also said in interviews he cant wait till his probation is over so he ca start smoking again.

that being said, i think it's pitiful the way he raps about weed like he still smokes it.. it just lowers the satisfaction i get out of his music when hes (more than likely) not telling the truth.

Dude, there were pictures from that shoot and the cigars were sitting in an ash tray :/ bit of a fail example.

And it's just his lil signature thing for the beginning of songs? Just like he has had many over the years... Lighter flick come into play around NC era I believe. He isn't trying to say he is high, it's not a conspiracy. I honestly think he is clean and I think it's shown in his attitude since he got out of prison and his new outlook on life.

Damn I really hope Nino 3 is coming. From the looks of that video were gonna see some of Wayne recording IANAHB 2. Hopefully we get footage of him recording C4 also.
