Lil Wayne says that a lawsuit against him for allegedly skipping a show is completely wrong.
Lil Wayne claims that he did not pass out drunk before a 2009 Bahama concert, reports TMZ. According to a lawsuit, the rapper passing out was the reason the show was canceled.
Wayne was sued in 2009 by a promotion company called Red City Entertainment, which claimed it gave Weezy $432,000 in advance for the concert.
When the rapper didn't arrive for the show, the promotion company claims police showed up to the Cash Money emcee's hotel room, where he was unconscious.
"At no point [that night] did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my suit, or anywhere else," responds Wayne in the legal documents.
