Yeah I'm pretty sure Wayne had an interview where he said he came up with the concept/idea of "How To Love" while he was in jail because he also said something like one of the main things he would always think about while locked up was women which helped him think up the song and obviously he thought that Detail's beat was perfect for it when it came out. I mean Wayne even came up with the idea for the video but we already knew Wayne is highly influential when it comes to his videos.

All artists album booklet's are like that. Writing credit goes to whoever helped in anyway. If someone helped correct something in his grammar for example, that person would get writing credit. The producer also (usually) gets writing credit even when not doing anything because he helped give the artist something to build lyrics off of (the beat). The only song Wayne's put out that he's the only credited writer (asfaik) is I Am Not A Human Being.
