Birdman has said in many videos that he is with YM, but being with YM doesn't mean he is signed. I think he is, but we don't know for sure yet. I'm not sure if Mike Banger is signed either, and I think that Drew Correa will be officially signing soon. The only producers that we know for sure are signed are Cool & Dre, Bangladesh, The Renegades, and The Nasty Beatmakers.

Well why would Mike Banger be signed? He's a music engineer and part-time producer, wouldn't really be necessary to sign him.
