I don't remember that and I ripped the videos and put them on the LWHQ YT channel so I watched them a fair few times... I'm pretty sure he said I can't feel my face has become IANAHB2, nothing about merging Devol into IANAHB2... He said IANAHB2 is just him doing what he wants really.

I still think Devol is on the cards.
