i mean from what i hear, wayne is in the studio everyday, i think he would get tired of making "gangster songs" everyday you feel me lol, thats why i think he goes through these phases like the auto-tune era, rebirth etc. but at the same time, i dont think he could go back to the C2 era if he wanted too, he is just not the same person

But those songs were still recorded and intended for something. If that project came out the way it was supposed to come out (not as IANAHB but probably C4), it still wouldn't compare to C3.

Someone said that Wayne makes music for money. Prior to Rebirth and I Am Not a Human Being, he sold 1,000,000 first week copies of Tha Carter III. If he cared about sales that much, he wouldn't have veered from C3's success.
