Forget about whichever collaboration you thought was "weird" and "random" this year because apparently U.K. wunderkind James Blake and Lil Wayne are working together. This news arrives via FACT, who received the news from Blake associate/British rapper Trim. It's not clear when we'll be hearing what came of Blake and Weezy's time together in the studio, but we're certainly anticipating it.
You can read Trim's quote regarding the collaboration below.“He’s just come back from America, doing tunes with Lil Wayne and stuff. It was kind of strange our relationship and how it all came about, but I’m happy to know someone like him! He’s sick at what he does, definitely. Weird music, but I’m a weird person, so I’ll always like that kind of stuff.”
