It's not consistent. That's my point. He has really great "MOMENTS" on this mixtape. Ones that make you think he hasn't completely lost it. Green Ranger proved to me that he still has it. Nigga has to just stop bein' so fuckin' obnoxious with those unnecessary laughs and other raucous antics like his random gratuitous lines about pussy, mouth, and asses. Seems like he's got Tourette's Syndrome and ran out of cool shit to say for the most part. The nigga's phonetics used to be chill, but he'd still have that rapid-fire/H.A.M. energy. D2 for example. I wouldn't have a problem with Wayne talkin' about pussy, dicks, and head if he was anywhere near as creative with it as he was on Gettin' Some Head (Dedication 2 Version), for example. But he isn't. Not to mention that his deadpan, guttural/gravelly delivery is way better than his loudmouthed cackles and weak ad-libs.

nah his pauses and laughs give the song some swag. thats what makes wayne the best. his swag and charisma on the track. fuck if i wanted to hear lyricism id bump Eminem. but i wanna hear some fuckin swag.. wayne got the "oh shit" factor that many many rappers dont. that "oh shit" factor comes from his attitude, charisma, and swag that he gets from pauses, giggles,voice changes, and cadence.

so next time u hear weezy, listen for the shit that u normally wouldnt listen for. thats what makes some of his songs. for instance, like when the beat changes back to the mercy beat near the end of waynes verse, hes like SWISHHHHHH perfectly with the beat. cadence my man cadence. eminem woulda stayed in the same monotone the entire song. weezy switched it up

Someone who has the skills really needs to remaster this, It would sound soooo much better. Besides that the mixtape is great easily his best release since No Ceilings for sure. Magic is my favorite song thats some old school Wayne right there
