Lil Wayne's strength and legacy is mixtapes period.. i've never heard Lil Wayne over another rapper's beat and not be impressed... even a big pop hit like I Gotta A Feeling. He really do this mixtape thing. All his mixtapes are dope even SFTW was dope just fans whining like bitches and expecting more from a mixtape basically released as an apology for album delays.
