I like C3 because Waynes flow is crazy, The beats are crazy. And his delivery is perfect, He sounds so hungry, and confident. Every line on there he said in a way that made me feel like he was the best rapper alive. On C4 There is absolutely no hunger, he's just saying lines over beats.

Honestly I do like C4, and I fucked with it for a while, but compared to his other works, it's just lacking. I like every song on it, but not because as a whole there good, I like em for the scattered amazing lines. But as a whole a lot of the songs just fail.
