Not to sound too ignorant or anything but have The Dedication tracks ever had exactly the same name as the original track? I know some of them have been really similar but not sure if any have been the same. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah it was but that's like 1 out of 3 Dedications. I'm just referring to the fact that on that "tracklist" all the track names are exactly the same as the original. Even though Wayne said in Carter Documentary that D3 was just a mixtape the song ain't got no titles I still don't see him just leaving original track names.
