Here's my guess. #1 Wayne doesn't tweet he has some weird asain guy do all this social media for him i stumbled upon it one day through google+ when that first came out, not saying he has never but there is a person who handles his shit for him. #2 Im guessing he sent it to Drama because now Drama needs to tag it etc and thats why he tweeted when is it coming out.
