Public Service Annoucement: ATTN - Lil Wayne Fans

Your favorite (or former favorite [ever since he started skating/got on probation/stopped smoking]) rapper Lil Wayne will be releasing this project at least 5 days after DJ Khaled's Kiss the Ring album debuts next week. Artists (or "artists" if we're talking about Khaled) spend thousands of dollars and many months to make their album (or "album" if we're talking about Khaled). Because Lil Wayne is friends with Khaled, he would never release a tape that took him a few weeks to make the same week as Khaled. This would be the definition of 'blowing up your friends' spot.' Wayne gave 2Chainz that treatment and we should expect the same for Khaled.

Furthermore, the quality of this project will be on par with everything you are hearing from Wayne lately. How do I know this? 1. He has already released one song on the project. 2. We would have heard about it being "hot fire" by now if it was anything special on social media through Wayne's various social media friends. 3. Lil Wayne himself said "music is in trouble." Stop being ignorant: this means he is not giving everything to this project.

Lastly, for those who think this project will be on par with the other Dedications -> You are wrong. Even D3 had Wayne spitting fire on his verses (though we would have liked more of him on the tape). Please, watch The Carter Documentary if you haven't already. That will explain when this man was a machine, a true rapping prodigy. It is only when he rekindles that DEDICATION (see what I did there) that the old fans will have Wayne back. I'm afraid that might never happen.

Just be happy he's coming out with something.
