I don't see what the issue is here? I swear he didn't confirm a date and ya'll acting like he said it's 100% coming this week.
His exact words when he said about it were:
"So therefore I ain't giving you BITCHES Dedication 4 yet... So, Ima give it to ya'll in like another week or so... But I ain't gonna lie I ain't even finished that motherfucker. I been skating and shit and falling and breaking shit and all that type of shit, BUT I'll give it to ya'll like next week"
That was not a confirmation that he will release it this week, first he said a week or so then he said next week a couple more times, but you really thought it was gonna? Still with no tracklist, no actual date or anything?!

Doesn't owe any of us anything, yet still gives us music, is still releasing a free mixtape and delayed it once (which was a stupid random date thrown out there) and then didn't confirm it for this week 100% and when he sets a release date not for this week DOESN'T give people the right to be upset...

He didn't release yet cuz it wasn't done and he prob forgot about it.
He needed more time
More time = better quality
