ok, i think dedication 4 will have 15+ songs or more, i went on livemixtapes, and saw that dedication 4 site again, and it had a new update, you can see the mixtape player on the right side, and there are titles, but you cant see the name...

Haha, I was wrong. I guess it wasn't waynes fault, it was CORTEZ's fault, BUT I have a theory that Lil Wayne keeps pushing it back to promote bread over bed considering that's where all the videos go... some conspiracy type stuff right there.
