You can BUT Wayne has a habit of PERFORMING those mixtape songs, and the producers see the video on youtube and want their money because Wayne charged people to come hear him, and if he raps on one of their beats at the concert they want their bread for it ya dig?

yeah if you put the GMT time the EU fans can relate to the time as well

But to use it on his offical mixtape, is aloud aslong as he doesn't charge anyone to hear it in web or life.

yeah there was someone before that said he had to buy them so that's what I was sort of replying to as well
