Look, I'll make y'all a deal, as soon as someone actually explains to me their love for D4 WITHOUT just calling me a hater like 99% of the people in this thread, I'll stop posting in the thread so much talking about it.

People steady say "are you stupid?" for disliking it but I'm clearly one of the only people who is not stupid around here because I can actually explain my reasoning.

It perplexes me because so many people on here LOVE Dedication 4, yet were calling a lot of his features trash, but if you actually LISTEN to D4, much of what makes up the recent features is the same subject matter that it on D4.

The problem is y'all are inconsistent, and I feel as though you feel like you HAVE to like Dedication 4 because you're tired of seeing so much negativity, so you put it on a pedestal, and because it's Wayne, it has to be fucking amazng and if you don't agree you're a hater.

His flow was tight to the beat. The beats were dope.


I remember even from 07 people complained Wayne's subjects are narrow. There's a difference between how a song makes you FEEL, and how a song SOUNDS. Wayne is a fucking rapper, he's not going to tell you a story every fucking track. When he was younger, and wanted to tell us his life story, he did exactly that.
