I wanted to agree but the list doesn't make much sense.
12. Take a break/ 1. Record more
10. Stop recording guest verses. Why? That's where his best material has been lately. Had it not been for guest verses, right now wayne would be in a bad position with his fans.
6. Write his lyrics down. Don't think this would change much, his unpredictability and off the wall style is something fans like. Not the reading from a notebook style. He just needs to focus more.
5. Stop making sequels. I don't think people care for the title of the album so much as the music lol.
4. Get back on drugs. Nah he has accomplished sobriety, let him live.

And for 5, true, but I wouldn't want him to make a Drought 4 if it's going to be the same quality of music we've been getting. Drought 3 was too classic IMO and I'm glad he ended with that.
