Completely depends on how much time the person has to perfect and learn, how quickly they pick up skating etc.


With Wayne, how much time he has to skate clearly isn't a problem so the only thing that would be holding him back in terms of getting good, is just how quickly he picks it up... I have no clue about skating but to me it seems like he is doing good for someone that has only been doing it for a year... But I dunno? Maybe he should be able to do the more simple things 1 whole year into skating specially for someone that has skated as much as him?!
