I just realized that it wasn't recordin' in '06 because of the delivery on that second verse though. He was just "CLEARLY" high and po'd the fuck up for that time period on "Dick Pleaser". Around '09 was when his voice got high-pitched. "I'm Goin' In" marked the official genesis of that Weezy "LOUDER" persona era.

Don't know wtf your talking about here, but yes over the years Wayne has always wanted to sound clearer to let listener really HEAR what he's saying. That's why on his first album, TBIH, you could barely hear him, then he went to a clearer sound on C1, then to a high froggy voice on C2 (my favortie pitch of his voice) and so on, until No Ceilings dropped. Now we have the clearest and most crisp Wayne voice of all time, even though IMO his froggy voice gave his punchlines greater impact.
