There may be a hint of truth to this. Remember IANAHBII is supposedly coming out on February 19th 2013, and Wayne did say he'll definitely tour after this album.

So it gives him just under a month after release to start touring, hopefully throughout England!!!

He will defo be in England no doubt, and what you say is true, but whether or not that is a true tour date I'm sure we will find out!
